Pastor Ann Bridgers’ Welcome

Greetings from Port Royal United Methodist Church here in the beautiful town of Port Royal, SC.  We are a church that is “small enough to know you, but large enough to love you.”  We open our doors and hearts to all who will come and worship with us.  As we strive to grow in our relationship with our Lord, we invite you to join us.

Monthly musings of Pastor Ann Bridgers – March 2025

It has been said that March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. With the changing of the seasons– from winter to spring– this saying is often true.

The season turning into spring brings the Lenten season in the church. May we prepare our hearts for this time of self-examination, looking toward Holy Week and Easter morning. We are called to follow our Lord. Come and join us in worship as we journey together to the Cross.

There is room for you in Sunday School!  Our Adult class meets each Sunday morning in Fowler Hall at 9:45 AM, and the Children’s class meets in the with “Miss Linda” Lowther.  Make plans to join us.

Also, let me encourage you to attend Bible Study on Wednesday evening, starting at 5 PM. We welcome everyone who will join us. We are in a study of the Chronological Bible. There is always room for discussions and questions. It is a wonderful time of studying, listening, and learning. Won’t you join us?
